LCSW – Group Supervisor (Onsite, Contract)

Location: Pleasanton
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1:30–3:30 PM
Position Type: 1099 Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to facilitate onsite group supervision for clinicians working in a high-acuity setting. This role supports reflective practice, clinical decision-making, and team cohesion within a complex system of care.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate 2 weekly group supervision sessions (2 hours each)
  • Provide clinical consultation, case conceptualization, and guidance
  • Support risk assessment, boundaries, and use of self
  • Foster a supportive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment
  • Complete ~1 hour/week of preparation
  • Participate in 1 monthly consultation meeting (1 hour) for alignment and program support

Qualifications

  • Active California LCSW license (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience (required)
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, consultation, or leadership
  • Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex clinical and team dynamics with a grounded presence

Preferred:

  • Experience in forensic, correctional, or high-acuity settings
  • Experience working with justice-involved or incarcerated populations
