Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients in New Mexico
- Provide treatment for couples, families, and individuals
- Create treatment goals based on client needs
- Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates
- Use evidence-based therapy methods in care planning
- Coordinate care when clinically appropriate
Requirements
- Active New Mexico LMFT license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
