As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBAProvide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settingsCollect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviorsAssist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategiesFollow ethical standards and maintain client confidentialityCommunicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team membersParticipate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetingsMaintain current RBT certification and required documentationQualifications
  • Hands-on CPR Certification - Adults and Infants (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow behavior plans and take feedback from supervisors
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations, required.

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as neededAbility to engage in active play and therapeutic activitiesWork Environment
  • In-home, school-based, or clinic-based settings
