A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team.
Our clinicians provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop communication, social, and life skills that support independence and long-term success.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians
- Record and track therapy data during sessions
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
- Maintain professional communication with families and team members
Work Environment
ABA therapy sessions may occur in several settings, including:
- Client homes
- Clinic playrooms
- Schools or daycare settings
- Community environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work with clients until at least 5:30 PM
- Experience working with children
- Interest in psychology, behavioral science, or special education
Certification
Candidates must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within three weeks of hire.
