Position Overview:
Desta ABA Consulting is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a home setting. This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, child development, education, or ABA. Training is provided, and ongoing supervision is conducted by a BCBA.

Schedule:

• Part-time or full-time (15–32 hours/week)
• Most sessions occur in the afternoons (1:30 PM – 7:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Run skill acquisition programs (communication, play, ADLs)
• Collect and record data during sessions
• Follow BCBA guidance and participate in supervision

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Experience working with children preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow behavior plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
