Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide high-quality telehealth counseling services to clients across Colorado. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic support to help clients manage mental health concerns and improve daily functioning.Responsibilities
  • Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions
  • Conduct clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Requirements
  • Active Colorado LPC license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms
  • Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
