Position Overview

As a BCBA at ASN, you will be empowered to practice ethically and independently, providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy. You will:

· Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, effective implementation of treatment plans

· Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on data and assessments

· Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed

· Collaborate with families, Clinical Directors, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

· Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans

· Provide supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs and other clinical staff

· Track client progress using data-driven approaches

· Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards

· Facilitate family collaboration and education

· Engage in professional development and CEU opportunities

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

· Current BCBA certification

· Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

· Passion for providing high-quality ABA therapy and positively impacting families

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and carry children and equipment up to 50 pounds

· Maintain various postures (sitting, kneeling, standing) for extended periods

· Manual dexterity for computer and clinical tasks

· Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
