Service Billing Specialist

Position: Service Billing Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $17.00 to $23.00 depending on skill set

Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements to Apply:

Prior customer service work experience to include prior billing/invoicing, scheduling, and working directly with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Good attendance and safety record.
Ability to work overtime when required

Essential Responsibilities

Prior service billing/invoicing experience and scheduling experience preferred.
Compile and maintain service reports and records.
Review work orders for accuracy and timely enter in service system.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to Customers.
Obtain PO's and close completed invoices in timely manner.
General office duties to include filing and payables
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
