We have immediate openings for Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians in our Utica office. Upon hire you will receive extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis and obtain your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. All Registered Behavior Technicians are provided ongoing supervision to ensure they are mastering the skills of ABA and providing the highest quality care for our patients. $5,000 Retention Bonus payable upon one year of employment!

This is an incredible early career opportunity for those interested in the fields of psychology, education, OT, PT, speech/language therapy, or human services. We are looking for bright and motivated individuals-no experience required-interested in helping children with autism overcome their challenges and achieve their goals! Obtain one of a kind training and experience that will benefit you in any future educational or occupational endeavors! $20-$24 an hour.

As a Registered Behavior Technician you will be helping children improve their social, communication, and behavioral abilities across settings. Treatment is often implemented in the clinic for most children, but opportunities to work in the community, school, and home are also available. All Registered Behavior Technician positions start as part-time with the potential to move into full-time, salaried positions for excellent candidates. Applicants must have reliable means of transportation.

Position Details

  • Part-time positions available: 10–15 hours per week or 20–25 hours per week
  • Consistent weekly scheduling
  • Monday through Friday
  • No late evenings
  • Reliable transportation required

Compensation

  • $20/hour starting pay
  • $24/hour upon RBT certification

All positions begin part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time, salaried roles for high-performing candidates.
