We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings
- Collect accurate data and assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship meetings

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—training support available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Passion for working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks
