Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to enhance the quality of life for our clients. This role will be working with our Medicaid Sooner Care clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake assessments and provide recommendations for ongoing support services.
- Educate families and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions to promote consistency across environments.
Skills
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong data collection skills for monitoring client progress effectively.
- Knowledge of special education practices and working with people with disabilities.
- Familiarity with patient care protocols, patient assessment procedures, and medical terminology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while ensuring high-quality care.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
