Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced bilingual Behavior Analyst to work with an English-speaking family with two young sisters (ages 3 and 5) diagnosed with unspecified behavioral and emotional disorders.
This role includes supervision, parent training, and collaboration with RBTs, caregivers, and school staff.
Case Details
- 2 clients (siblings, ages 3 and 5)
- Each client approved for: 3 hours/week of supervision, 2 hours/week of parent training (Total: 10 hours per week)
Clinical Considerations
- Parent requires frequent communication and support (high anxiety)
- Collaboration with 2 RBTs
- One child presents with:
- Phobia related to toilets and sinks
- Toilet training goals included in treatment plan
- School involvement requesting support in this area
Schedule & Location
- Services primarily provided in the home in the afternoons around 3:30pm with occasional school-based sessions
Requirements
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must have a Florida Medicaid provider number
- (We can assist you with obtaining one if needed)
- Experience with:
- Early childhood populations
- Parent training
- Anxiety-related behaviors (preferred)
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct parent training sessions
- Review clinical notes and data
- Assist with assessments and reassessments
- Collaborate with caregivers and school staff
- Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation
Work Environment & Support
- Administrative support provided
- All documentation completed electronically via ABA Matrix (training provided)
- Therapy services delivered in home and at times may include school settings
