Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Kore Autism Services (Kore) has provided in-home and community-based ABA therapy services in Houston, TX since 2022. Now is an exciting time to join Kore. Coming soon, in Spring 2026, we are opening our very first center! Kore values clinical collaboration among staff and is committed to providing functional, creative, and high-quality ABA therapy.

Role Snapshot

Clinical support, training, and opportunities to work with other clinicians:

• Weekly meetings to discuss cases and provide support to one another

• Monthly collaboration with Kore’s Clinical Director

Caseload and Hours:

• 25 billable hours each week, 40-hour work week

• Average number of cases 6-8

• Average client ages 2-10

Location:

• This is an in person BCBA role in Houston, TX

• BCBA’s may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the new center in Bellaire, TX

Requirements for the Role

• 1+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Texas License Behavior Analyst (LBA)

• Commitment to personal, professional, and company growth.

BCBA Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000 total (distributed at $1,250 a quarter)

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
