Job Description

The Candidate Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Service Model by facilitating pre-employment activities throughout the Americas. This position emphasizes compliance, efficiency, and creating a dynamic, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The coordinator also manages cross-functional escalations and may engage in process improvement activities and programmatic changes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate applicable pre-employment screenings, including drug screens, medical mandates, and motor vehicle reports, following self-adjudication practices.
  • Initiate I-9 & E-Verify right to work processes and provide administrative support for the company's immigration team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide Talent Acquisition guidance and problem-solving support, including partnerships with TA Leads, TA Compliance, HR People Services, HR Workforce Experience, and IT.
  • Manage the Digital Onboarding Experience for candidates and represent TA in enhancements and troubleshooting issues.
  • Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries, using urgency and sound judgment to resolve problems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in Workday and other TA systems for internal TA partners.
  • Participate in process improvement activities, including Talent Acquisitions Enablement project teams and global projects.
  • Conduct process mapping, documentation, and presentation.

Essential Skills

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in embracing new trends, education, technology, and tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) is highly preferred.
  • Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, TA Specialist, TA Coordinator, or a recent college graduate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of US visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) and compliance and tracking of cases.
  • Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities.

Work Environment

This position is based 50% onsite in Tampa, FL, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The role involves working across time zones and with executive leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
