Provide diagnostic and consultative services, including psychometric assessment in cognitive and achievement areas as well as guidance in other assessment areas as part of the process of special education screening and evaluations, in collaboration with building-based teams, while adhering to laws and regulations established by IDEA 2004.REPORTS TO: Building Principal and Director of Special ServicesQUALIFICATIONS: 1. Hold Massachusetts School Psychologist License; 2.A Masters Degree or higher in School Psychology, or related field;3.Experience in a public school environment; and4.Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities below as evidenced by course work, educational experience, school-level involvement and/or system-wide professional activities, and the interview process.
