Travel Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About the Travel RBT Role:
This is a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position delivering one-to-one ABA therapy across multiple settings, including client homes, schools, community locations, and at our center as needed, throughout the Greater Phoenix Valley and surrounding areas. This role supports consistent service delivery by providing coverage across settings and responding to scheduling changes, making adaptability and reliability essential.
RBT’s in this role work Monday through Friday with full availability between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and are offered the stability of a full-time schedule of approximately 30–40 hours per week.

What You Will Do:
Provide individualized one-to-one ABA therapy across assigned settings
Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and document accurate data on client progress and behaviors
Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Collaborate with families, supervising BCBAs, and internal team members
Maintain ethical, professional, and safety standards in all settings
Required Qualifications:
Active RBT certification or willingness and ability to obtain certification within a required timeframe
Availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Ability to travel up to one hour for sessions across the Greater Phoenix Valley and surrounding areas
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; backup transportation strongly preferred
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Recent TB test (obtained within the previous 12 months)
Clean driving record with required auto insurance
Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability
RBT Certification Requirement Disclaimer:
Candidates who do not currently hold an active RBT certification must be willing and able to complete the required 40-hour RBT training course prior to starting in the position and obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential within a specified timeframe as a condition of employment.
