Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
You’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs designed by a BCBA®
• Collect and record data accurately during sessions
• Conduct 1:1 therapy with children and families
• Complete session notes and documentation promptly
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RBT® certification (or willingness to obtain it with our support)
• At least 1 year of experience as an RBT or Behavior Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, phone, and internet access

Preferred:

• Experience in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or ABA
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
