Job Summary:

At Yellow Bus ABA, we're dedicated to creating an enriching environment where children can flourish and reach their fullest potential. We're seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our team of professionals in providing center and home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
BCBA certification
NYS LBA
Committed to working full-time
Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $125,000 annually
