Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop treatment plans - Provide individualized behavioral therapy to patients, focusing on skill-building and behavior management - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care - Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of behavioral health principles in daily practice - Work with children and adults with developmental disabilities, tailoring treatment plans to meet their specific needs - Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change - Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care - Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis Skills: - Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans - Ability to provide behavioral therapy using evidence-based practices - Excellent data collection and analysis skills - Knowledge of special education principles and practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in behavior analysis. Pay: $87,585.00 - $120,564.00 per year
