Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time, Center-based

We’re a small, center-based ABA program in Paramus focused on high-quality, thoughtful care—not high-volume, chaotic environments.

We’re looking for a BCBA who wants a manageable caseload, a supportive team, and a setting where you can focus on clinical work.

What this role looks like

• Center-based only (no driving between clients)
• Small, consistent caseload (typically 6–7 clients)
• Predictable daytime schedule
• Collaboration with on-site speech and OT providers
• Direct support from clinical leadership
• We keep admin work light — scheduling, billing, and insurance authorizations are handled by our dedicated admin team

What we’re looking for

• BCBA certification (required)
• Experience working with young children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to run cases independently

Capable Cubs Therapy is a center-based ABA program serving young children with autism. We also partner with on-site speech and occupational therapists, allowing for a more integrated and consistent approach to care.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
