Join our dynamic behavioral health team as a Behavioral Healthcare Provider (Licensed Independent Social Worker [LISW] or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor [LPCC]) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals across diverse settings. You will work with a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, providing compassionate care in outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or via telehealth platforms. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety during acute episodes.
• Develop and document detailed medical records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, case management activities, and discharge planning for patients with complex mental health needs.
• Utilize telehealth experience to deliver remote counseling sessions effectively while maintaining high-quality patient engagement.
• Engage in clinical research initiatives or data collection efforts to improve treatment outcomes and contribute to evidence-based practices within behavioral health.

Skills

• Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, PTSD care, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavior management strategies tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong working knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes.
• Skilled in working with children & families, pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or chronic pain conditions.
• Ability to conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology while adhering to HIPAA standards for confidentiality.
• Experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics involving patient care coordination and medical record management.
• Competence in social work practices combined with clinical counseling expertise across diverse populations including those with special education needs or gender issues. Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
