Supervises: RBTs, Staff Leads, Assistant Managers, CLIsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.This is an opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact, helping individuals build skills, improve quality of life, and achieve greater independence.ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral and skills assessmentsDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansAnalyze behaviors to identify function and develop effective interventionsMonitor client progress using data-driven decision-makingProvide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staffCollaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providersEnsure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standardsSupport crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when neededParticipate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning (as applicable)Compensation $80.00 - $100.00 per hourWhat You BringEducation:Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related fieldExperience:3–5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnosesExperience supporting individuals with behavioral challengesCertification:Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACBAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationCurrent TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required)Key Skills & StrengthsStrong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and make sound clinical decisionsData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsCommitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growthAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamWhy Join Us?At A Bright Future, Inc. you’re not just taking a job, you’re joining a mission-driven team that values your expertise and empowers you to make a real difference every day.Powered by JazzHR
