What Your Day Looks Like

You will work 1:1 with two clients in a structured, play-based clinic setting, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Consistent, meaningful work with a predictable schedule.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. One client from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and one client from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Your day-to-day will include delivering individualized, play-based ABA therapy aligned to each client's treatment plan, teaching life skills such as communication, social skills, daily living, and food expansion, collecting data and completing billing electronically, collaborating with BCBAs, families, and related service providers such as speech and OT, and leading group social activities to support goals across multiple clients.

What We Are Looking For

Active RBT certification through the BACB is required. A high school diploma is required. Prior experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism is preferred. Experience with physically aggressive individuals is preferred. Certification in standardized physical management strategies is preferred. Credentialing with IHCP is preferred, and candidates must be willing to create a CAQH profile and provide the ID number.

Physical Requirements

This role is active and hands-on. You should be comfortable walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, balancing, crawling, running (both for fun and for safety), and lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
