Compensation & Benefits

  • $19 $21 per hour based on experience
  • Paid the same hourly rate for billable and nonbillable time

Scheduling Expectations

Our clinic operates Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Flex / As-Needed RBT

  • Flex employees support our clinic as needed and must maintain reasonable availability within the clinic schedule (8:30 AM 5:30 PM MondayFriday) to assist with coverage, client scheduling needs, and program continuity.

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement ABA programs designed by Behavior Analysts
  • Provide direct oneonone therapy with clients
  • Collect and record behavioral data accurately
  • Support skill development through playbased and naturalistic learning
  • Collaborate with supervisors and clinical staff
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families and team members

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work within clinic scheduling expectations
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
