The Children’s SPOT, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinic-based Early Learner Program for children ages 6 and under and in the clinic/ at-home during afternoon and evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using NET, DTT, reinforcement, task analysis, and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record behavioral data and complete session notes
- Work collaboratively with our team of Occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs to address the needs of each client.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Experience providing ABA therapy to young children (preferred)
- Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior reduction strategies
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Schedule
- 20–30 hours per week
- Daytime clinic hours (8:00 AM–3:00 PM) / OR afternoon/evening sessions (3:00PM-6:30PM)
