About This Role
We are looking for a dependable and composed caregiver with an active RBT certification to provide 1:1 support for an adult male client in a home and community setting.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally calm, observant, and able to provide consistent structure throughout the shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your focus will be on maintaining a structured, supportive environment while helping the client navigate daily routines and community activities.
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support in home and community settings
- Support transitions, routines, and outings
- Use redirection and reinforcement strategies
- Maintain a steady and composed presence during moments of stress
- Assist with safe physical guidance when necessary
- Drive client to activities or outings as needed
- Monitor behavior patterns and communicate observations
About the Individual
You will be supporting an adult male client who benefits from consistency and a structured environment.
Support needs may include:
- Anxiety-related behaviors
- Repetitive questioning
- Difficulty with transitions
- Occasional behavioral escalation
A calm and steady approach is key to success in this role.
Schedule Options
We are currently hiring for flexible coverage:
- Afternoon & evening shifts (starting around 4 PM)
- Weekday availability preferred
- Weekend shifts available

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Prior experience in behavioral or caregiving roles
- Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- CPI or crisis prevention training
- Experience supporting adults
Pay & Perks
- $32–$35 per hour (based on experience)
