We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote/telehealth position serving clients in Colorado. You will work directly with individuals who need assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and ongoing support, helping them manage challenges and move toward better daily functioning.

Position Details:
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual psychotherapy and clinical support to clients
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
• Support clients with crisis intervention and mental health resources
• Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards in telehealth practice

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
