Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, center-based role during after-school hours. This position is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their current role with consistent, low-stress evening hours in a single location.

Compensation

$100–105/hour, with consistent weekly scheduling (15 hours/week)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Reliable after-school hours with strong client attendance and minimal cancellations

All services provided in one clinic location (no travel)

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee a small, manageable caseload during evening hours
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs on-site
  • Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
