Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, center-based role during after-school hours. This position is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their current role with consistent, low-stress evening hours in a single location.
Compensation
$100–105/hour, with consistent weekly scheduling (15 hours/week)
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Reliable after-school hours with strong client attendance and minimal cancellations
All services provided in one clinic location (no travel)
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a small, manageable caseload during evening hours
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs on-site
- Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and clinical team
- Predictable, steady schedule with consistent hours
- Dedicated admin support for scheduling and coordination
- Center-based role with all materials and resources provided
- On-site clinical leadership for collaboration and support
- Focused hours with minimal administrative burden
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with pediatric autism services preferred
