Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling using evidence‑based practices (CBT, MI, Contingency Management, etc.)
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with agency standards
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized client records
- Collaborate with clients to identify goals, develop treatment plans, and coordinate needed services
- Respond to crises and use challenging moments as opportunities for therapeutic growth
- Participate in case reviews, supervision, and ongoing professional development
- Serve as a resource to team members and represent the agency professionally
- Utilize electronic health record systems and online platforms for documentation and verification
- Complete all case notes by the end of each business day

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Ohio licensure: LSW, LCDC, LCDC II, or LCDC III
- Experience providing therapeutic or counseling services to adults
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of addiction, co‑occurring disorders, and recovery‑oriented care
Preferred:
- Prior addiction treatment or behavioral health experience
- Experience with electronic health records
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
