Pākōlea Support Services (PSS) is a locally owned nonprofit ABA provider founded by BCBAs who are passionate about ethical, compassionate, and high-quality care. Our leadership understands the field firsthand and is committed to creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to do meaningful work.
We are currently seeking a part-time BCBA or BCaBA who is looking for a collaborative work environment where they can make a lasting impact in the lives of children with Autism and families across Kaua‘i. This position has the potential to grow to full time for the right candidate.

About Us
Pākōlea Support Services provides individualized behavioral therapy using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our evidence-based strategies support individuals with social, communication, and behavioral challenges for clients on the Autism Spectrum.
We provide services across home, clinic, and community settings, supporting clients from early intervention through adolescence and young adulthood. Our BCBAs work closely with families to assess needs, design personalized treatment plans, and guide clients toward achievable milestones. Family training and caregiver support are an important part of every client’s journey.
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA with Pākōlea Support Services, you will:
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Provide training, mentorship, and supervision to therapists and staff
- Support a positive, ethical, and client-centered clinical culture
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required
- For BCBA ONLY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Hawaii, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and special education regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Location: Lihue, HI (In-person)
Travel: Up to 25% preferred
Requirements
- BCBA Certification (Required)
- 1 year BCBA experience (Preferred)
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lihue, HI before starting
- Successful completion of background check prior to employment

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
