Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our team. Supervision will be provided by a board-approved LPC Supervisor. This position is ideal for new graduates or early-career clinicians who want to build a strong clinical foundation while receiving structured mentorship, training, and experience in a thriving mental health practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth (in-person optional depending on location).
- Conduct intake assessments, maintain treatment plans, and document sessions in the EHR.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision.
- Participate in weekly or bi-weekly clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with prescribing providers and care team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and cultural competence with all clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or related field.
- Active LPC-Associate license in the State of Texas.
- Willingness to work under a board-approved LPC Supervisor provided by the practice.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being team-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable providing telehealth services.
