Registered Behavior Technician – Surprise ABA Team

Job DescriptionPosition Overview

Infinite Therapy Services is expanding its in-home ABA program in the Surprise area and is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians who are committed to providing consistent, hands-on support to children receiving behavioral therapy services.

In this role, you will actively participate in delivering ABA interventions within the home setting. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients develop functional communication, social skills, and independence in daily routines. This is a direct care position focused on implementation, engagement, and data-driven support.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in accordance with individualized treatment plans
• Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive living skills
• Implement behavior reduction strategies as directed by supervising clinicians
• Record accurate and timely data throughout each session
• Assist clients during daily routines such as transitions, hygiene tasks, and structured learning activities
• Communicate session observations and progress updates to the clinical team
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment during all sessions
• Follow all HIPAA compliance and documentation requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental delays is preferred
• Familiarity with ABA principles is beneficial but not required
• Ability to remain patient, consistent, and professional in a home-based care setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical direction
• Background in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields is a plus

Required Certifications & Screenings

All required items must be completed prior to starting employment:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• CPR and First Aid Certification (reimbursement available)
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Non-IVP)
• TB screening
• Reliable transportation
• Valid auto insurance
