If you prefer clinical oversight, staff coaching, and real-world impact over chasing billable hours, this role offers a focused and professional environment where your expertise is used as intended. This role does not serve as the BCBA of record unless otherwise designated. Ideal for candidates looking to supplement their income. Minimum of eight oversight hours weekly.

You will be in the homes - guiding staff, strengthening systems, and improving outcomes.

Developed Behavior Consultants provides behavior-analytic oversight in adult group homes. Our focus is practical, consistent, and ethical care for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with intensive needs.

We operate with structure and follow-through. Plans are implemented as written, staff are trained and supported, and oversight is active—not passive.

What You’ll Do

· Conduct in-person oversight visits

· Monitor BASP implementation and crisis procedures

· Review documentation and data collection

· Observe staff and identify risks and trends

· Provide real-time coaching

· Lead trainings and recertifications approximately 8 times a year

· Ensure compliance (BACB, APD, Medicaid)

· Communicate with leadership

What You Bring

· Active BCBA certification

· Florida eligibility

· Experience in adult I/DD or residential settings

· Strong clinical judgment

· Independent 1099 work capability

· Reliable transportation

Compensation & Structure

· up to $2,000 per month

· 1099 contractor

· Flexible schedule

Work Environment

· Adult group homes

· In-person work

· Some evenings/weekends as needed
