Local service company is looking to expand it's office and hire a new dispatcher. Hours are Monday - Friday 830am through 5pm.
We are looking for 8AM to 12PM part-time office staff. You will be responsible for dispatching our technicians, scheduling service calls, light data entry, and answering the phone.
Our service area ranges from as far west as Lorain, out east to Painesville, and south to Brunswick and Hudson - must have a strong geographical knowledge of Northeast Ohio.
Our ideal candidate has a strong work history, able to be on time everyday - strong customer service skills - you are expected to deescalate customers as needed, and you must be able to multi-task.
