Pay: $17 - $19 per hour (based on experience)
Are you patient, compassionate, and interested in work that makes a real difference in children’s lives?
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one‑on‑one with young children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through play‑based, relationship‑focused activities. No prior experience is required! We provide paid, comprehensive training and ongoing support from a collaborative clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1, play‑based behavioral support to young children (ages 18 months to 5 years)
- Work with 2–3 clients per week, with 2–3 sessions per week per client
- Follow individualized treatment plans focused on skill development and positive behavior
- Accurately document session progress using company‑provided technology
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, teammates, and families
- Work independently during sessions while being supported by a clinical team
Schedule & Hours
- Sessions are 2.5 – 3 hours long
- Schedules are consistent week-to-week to support both staff and families
- It is preferred that candidates availability is the same on:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday and/or
- Tuesday / Thursday
Example Schedule:
- Client #1: Monday/Wednesday/Friday | 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
- Client #2: Monday/Wednesday/Friday | 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Client #3: Tuesday/Thursday | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Employment Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, and assist with child movement as needed
- Basic comfort using technology for documentation
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills
- A genuine interest in working with children and families
