Overview
Join our dynamic team of IIC therapists serving youth throughout Cumberland and Salem Counties, top hourly rates offered based on experience.

This position is for LSW/LAC, LCSW/LPC. Weekly clinical supervision is provided for LSW's. Flexible schedule, primarily after school and weekends until school ends. In the summer months there is often greater flexibility to work weekdays in the morning/early afternoon unless clients are attending summer camp or ESY.

Position Overview:

Clinicians provide face to face, evidence-based, therapeutic services to youth ages 3-21 in the youth's home/community. Youth may demonstrate developmental disability, behavioral/emotional needs, and related needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide weekly individual or family therapy sessions (depending upon authorization) utilizing evidence-based approaches, teaching coping strategies, social skills, anger management if applicable.

Support caregiver by providing positive behavior support strategies, parent coaching and psychoeducation. Training is available for clinicians in the Nurtured Heart Approach.

Collaborate with the Child Family Team and other professionals as needed, attend CFT meetings as requested by care manager.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation, submit progress note within 48 hours of completing session (within 24 hours is recommended and highly preferred). Intake and Treatment plan must be submitted by the second session.

Monthly supervision attendance is mandatory as per CSOC regulations for IIC providers.

Weekly supervision is mandatory if you are an LSW working toward LCSW-this is provided at no cost to you. The agency is owned by an LCSW-CCS who is a highly experienced IIC therapist.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.

Active New Jersey license: LAC or LSW ($68-$75 per hour), LCSW or LPC ($95-$105 per hour).

Experience with children is very helpful, however training and shadowing of experienced clinician is available if needed. Willingness to learn is essential!

Must have valid driver's license/auto insurance and very reliable transportation.

Must have professional liability insurance, agency must be added to your certificate.

Must pass criminal background check.

Pay: $68.00 - $105.00 per hour
