Your Role: A Day in the Life

  • Deliver high-quality supervision and support to RBTs working under your guidance.
  • Provide regular family training and guidance to ensure continuity of care and maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other providers outside All Star ABA, when appropriate.
  • Review data consistently, make necessary updates to programming, and communicate findings to the team.
  • Maintain all ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB.
  • Complete comprehensive intake assessments and recurring evaluations.
  • Support smooth transition and discharge planning for your clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (or sitting for the exam within one month).
  • LBA certification
  • Previous ABA experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (home-based sessions may be required).
  • Willingness to complete a background check.
