Requirements for the role

  • License: LPC or LCSW - must be licensed to work independently
  • MASTERS DEGREE REQUIRED - In Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Abuse Treatment
  • Active State License in the state of Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, or Texas

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth addiction group and individual counseling sessions.
  • Develop tailored individual treatment plans.
  • Use evidence-based interventions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust plans.
  • Perform case management and care coordination duties
  • Provide support and education.
  • Maintain confidential records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated on counseling trends.
  • Participate in professional developments

Qualifications and Experience

  • LPC or LCSW license
  • Must be licensed to work independently without supervision
  • Addiction counseling specialization preferred.
  • >= 2 years addiction counseling experience preferred.
  • Proficient in secure EHR platforms.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental.
  • Ethical and professional.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
