What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
- Assist in the assessment and development of care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide direct support to children in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in treatment approaches across different environments.
- Monitor client progress and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA.
What We’re Looking For
*Must be available Monday-Friday 3-7pm. Potential availability for more hours during the weekend.
- Experience working with children autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow care plans and contribute to individualized treatment goals
- Comfort with documentation and compliance requirement
