What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Assist in the assessment and development of care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide direct support to children in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in treatment approaches across different environments.
• Monitor client progress and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA.

What We’re Looking For

*Must be available Monday-Friday 3-7pm. Potential availability for more hours during the weekend.

• Experience working with children autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow care plans and contribute to individualized treatment goals
• Comfort with documentation and compliance requirement
