Position Overview
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth, while also being passionate about providing care to a diverse patient population.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management and ongoing treatment planning
- Treat conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders
- Provide care to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
- Collaborate with other providers on complex cases
- Maintain timely, compliant, and high-quality documentation

Requirements
- Active Florida license as a PMHNP
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with good communication skills

Pay: $105,000.00 - $176,000.00 per year
