As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll receive comprehensive training, supervision, and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.
• Conduct preference and functional behavior assessments.
• Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with IDD, focusing on independence and goal achievement.
• Assist with staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Maintain open communication with individuals, families, and other professionals.
• Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all applicable laws.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid NYS driver's license for at least 2 years
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Passion for helping others and a desire to learn about behavior analysis

*Pay is dependent upon verifiable experience.
