As we continue to grow, we are seeking several dedicated and skilled therapists to join our team.

Job Summary

The Therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients dealing with a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering ongoing therapy sessions in-person and/or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and create treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members and, when appropriate, external providers
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
• Maintain appropriate licensure and professional liability insurance

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active licensure in the state of Florida as a full license LMHC/LCSW
• Some clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and clinical presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Specialized training or certifications (Gottman, EMDR, etc)

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
