Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour

  • Full-Time: Part-Time Available

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

  • Location: Summerfield, NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

  • Implement behavior reduction and replacement strategies in a variety of settings, including in-home, community, and clinic-based settings

  • Collect and record data on client behavior to track progress and inform treatment decisions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement new treatment plans and strategies

  • Provide support and education to family members and caregivers on implementing treatment plans in natural environments

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous experience as an RBT is plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
