Cross Country Education is seeking two School Psychologists to support our youngest learners (Birth–5) in the beautiful Willamette Valley. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on-site across vibrant communities in the Salem, OR area!

Position Overview:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services for a diverse caseload ranging from birth to five years of age.
  • Conduct on-site observations within school settings to determine eligibility for special education services.
  • Partner with educators and families to develop tailored support plans that address the developmental needs of early learners.
  • Utilize district-provided laptop to maintain accurate records and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Active Oregon School Psychologist License
  • Must complete two sets of fingerprints and background checks for school clearance (Required)
  • Prior K–12 or early childhood school-based experience (Preferred)
