Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming customer bookings through multiple communication channels.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer details, and service requests using Microsoft Office tools and other data management systems.
- Follow up with clients to confirm upcoming appointments and gather feedback post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians and service teams to optimize scheduling efficiency and prioritize urgent requests.
- Handle cash transactions or payments when necessary with accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain services, policies, and procedures clearly to diverse clients, including multilingual or bilingual customers.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent sales skills to promote services confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or similar environment.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential.
- Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with clear verbal communication skills for outbound calling and inbound inquiries.
- Solid computer skills including familiarity with scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Analysis skills to assess appointment flow and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience in cash handling or processing payments accurately during transactions.

The Appointment Coordinator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00.
