We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HEIDS Quality Care Manager to oversee and enhance the quality of care across our programs. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, improving service delivery, and promoting a culture of excellence in client care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate care services to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational standards
  • Conduct regular audits, assessments, and quality reviews
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of individualized care plans
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports for leadership
  • Identify trends and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on best practices and compliance requirements
  • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction and safety
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational processes and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, compliance, or program oversight
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
