Position Overview
We are currently hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW) who are passionate about providing high-quality care. At ACT Family Counseling, your focus remains on your clients—we take care of the rest.

Position Details

• Primarily in-person role with hybrid flexibility
• Must be open to working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Full-time: 32 client hours per week
• Part-time: 20+ client hours per week
• We provide clients and actively support building your caseload

Qualifications

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Private practice experience is not required—training is provided

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience working with insurance-based or private-pay clients
• Specialized training or interest in areas such as trauma-focused therapy, play therapy, EMDR, couples therapy, or Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time salary starting at $100,000+, based on 32 client hours per week plus administrative time

Additional Information
The anticipated start date is approximately 4–6 weeks after receipt of completed onboarding paperwork to allow for insurance credentialing. Candidates may begin training and see clients part-time while awaiting full credentialing.

Pay: $54,080.00 - $170,000.00 per year
