We manage:
- Authorizations & credentialing
- Assessment purchases & materials
- Staffing & scheduling coordination
- Administrative operations
Clinical Structure
This role is intentionally designed to be streamlined and manageable, allowing BCBAs to focus on quality care.
BCBAs on our team primarily work within:
- 97151 (Assessment)
- 97155 (Protocol Modification)
- 97156 (Caregiver Training)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical direction to BTs/RBTs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct regular caregiver training and support
- Monitor client progress through data analysis
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Adjust treatment plans based on progress and clinical need
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision training (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical judgment and ABA knowledge
- Ability to maintain consistent overlaps and caregiver collaboration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, client-centered approach
Work Model
