Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide medication management and psychiatric evaluation services for a diverse outpatient population.
This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy while working within a supportive, team-based setting.
Experience or interest in TMS certification (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
- Collaborate with therapists and care team for coordinated treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in case consultation as appropriate
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or willingness to become certified
- Background in outpatient behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with Medicaid/OHP and commercial insurance
Qualifications
- Active Oregon licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- DEA license and prescriptive authority
- Board certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Compensation Structure
- Fee-for-service
