About Institute of Modern Recovery IMR is an innovative and supportive private practice in San Diego dedicated to high-quality, ethical care. We provide our clinicians with a modern suite of tools, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms, automated patient reminders, and streamlined EHR software so you can focus on what matters: the clinical work.
